At first I couldn't decide if I liked the empty sky, but after looking at it a bit more it became eerily peaceful. The best way for me to describe this pic is "calm before the storm".

Very nicely done. Sadly though, the colour of the sky does remind me of Mexico city. Air pollution there is just terrible. Nice work on this one.

How did you change the colour of the sky, without changing the colour of the building?
Also did you do anything to the building?
