Full Title A Tribue to: "We Hear Stories When It Rains"
This image has become one of my all time favorites here on DA, for obvious reasons. The original photo, found here [link] , was taken by ` marcyintellect  It is superb in almost every way.I don't know what made me do this, but whatever the case it has been done. I have NEVER, EVER, done anything like this before. I only doodle during lectures, and I have never attempted to draw from photo reference, ever. So, this would be filed under "First Attempts." I don't think this capture of the drawing does it justice, as with most reproductions, however, what's there is there. All in all, this took a few hours of work. Once things started coming together, I started losing my breath as the image found its way onto the paper. This one is for you Marcy, and for the twins. All comments greatly appreciated, and read carefully. I'd like to hear what I could do to improve further attempts like this, since I am now into it. After that, do with it what you like.  |
